The Edinburgh International Climbing Arena (EICA), Ratho is pleased to announce that Edinburgh Leisure and Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh & Lothians are joint funding a project to build a new competition wall at the EICA.

The new wall will be an extension to the existing competition wall and will be built in accordance with UIAA international competition standards and will enhance the climbing facilities at EICA for expert and beginner climbers.

Edinburgh Leisure will involve their climbing advisory group, including the MCofS and BMC in the design process and are delighted with this exciting development.
