  Climbing Walls in Scotland
There are over 40 walls across Scotland, but only a few are available to the public. The MCofS has a strategy for the development of new indoor facilities that will service climbers in Scotland, and we give advice for the development of future walls and their management. We can also lend support to prospective developers.

Climbing Competitions
The Competition Scene includes a Scottish National Series for young climbers operated by the MCofS, local competitions at climbing walls across Scotland, British competitions operated by the BMC and International competitions by the UIAA. Click on the links below for the further information:

Scottish and British Squads
The BMC operates the British climbing squad, but presently there is no similar squad in Scotland. However Scottish climbers are selected onto the British squad based on their performance in the various British competitions such as BRYCS, BBC and BICC.
