HIGHLAND LIGHT AND POWER LTD In pursuance of the above Regulations, notice is hereby given that Highland Light and Power Ltd, Unit One, James Keiller Buildings, 32-34 Mains Loan, Dundee DD4 7BT, has submitted to. the Scottish Ministers an Application for Consent under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for development of two hydro electricity generating stations at Shieldaig (2.1 MW) and Slattadale (4.5 MW), Wester Ross. The locations of the aforementioned are as follows:
Copies of drawings showing the proposed works in respect of which the Application has been made, the Application Letter, the relevant particulars in relation thereto, a supporting Environmental Statement and associated documentation have been deposited at the locations shown in the. Schedule to this Notice and will be available for inspection there until 6th June 2003 without payment of fee during the normal business hours of these locations. In addition copies of the Environmental Statement can be purchased for a price of £200 from Highland Light and Power Ltd, Unit One, James Keiller Buildings, 32-34 Mains Loan, Dundee DD4 7BT. It should be noted that a Non-Technical Summary of the Environmental Statement is available free of charge from the same address.
