The AGM on 17 June 2007 sees the winding-up of the unincorporated Mountaineering Council of Scotland, and the ‘new’ incorporated Council starts from that date. The changes to company status and the designation of members in the Articles of Association require that we revise the wording of the membership categories on the Confirmation of Insurance. The revised wording clearly states that Active Members of Club Members (i.e. active means those members declared to the MCofS) are covered.
